We know you will love your blanket. But, if you have a problem, such as a defect to the blanket, within 7 days of receiving it we will replace it with the same or a similar blanket of your choice if available with the return of the old one. If a similar blanket is not available at the time we will issue you a credit (minus shipping cost) to use on a future blanket. You will be responsible for return shipping, however we will cover the shipping on the new one. We do not accept returns for refunds for any reason. Processing time is 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 4pm Friday will be processed Monday. We are not responsible for damaged or lost packages after it leaves our hands.
